Whats currently going on in TNA? Positvely

Post by isrs4life » Mon Sep 15, 2014 2:04 pm

I hear the hardy boys are back
as well as Team 3D
Kurt Angle looks like some sort of GM
I hear Rhynos back
Whats been going on with the menagerie? or has the group dropped?
I see that bobby roode looks like hes a face now.
Lashley is the tna champion
Samoa Joe is the x-division champion
The Wolves are tag champs
Low Ki has come back

that's all I know from not watching tna of 3 last months ago
I see TNA No Surrender is on wed night also

The Hardyz are back and in the middle of a series between Hardyz, 3D and The Wolves. The 1st to 2 victories get the titles. So far 3D won the triple threat and Hardyz won the table match. This means The Wolves will win next.

Kurt is GM but basically on the side of the faces so not great but keeps him on TV while recovering.

Rhyno returned working for EC3 who then blamed him for allowing Dixie to be put through a table and they've been feuding with EC3 coming out on top.

The Menagerie are losing a lot and the commentators aren't really playing up how much they they need wins for money to save the family business. Still getting a good reaction though.

Roode went face and beat EY to become number 1 contender and faces Lashley next week.

Joe becoming X Division champion is a low for me right now. Low Ki returned and with Sanada turning heel and Kenny King being all sorts of awesome they could have a really good division and a guy of Joe's size doesnt make sense to me.

Recent shows have been in NY and the crowd has been really good so a better atmosphere when watching. I've enjoyed TNA recently. Really liked Bram as well who comes across as a very natural brawler who just wants a fight.

Because the x-division use to be of no limit before 2007 of how much weight you are
like the days of AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels owning the division

see TNA Unbreakable 2005 for that one dontcallme on wikipedia

theres a main event worth watching daniels, joe and aj x-title
that's what made the x-division great and it should be on youtube.

I'm fully aware that guys of any weight can compete for the X Division title. I just think it's a bad idea.

Sanada, King and Low Ki could really light up the division but matches against a guy of Joe's size and strength don't really work.

Should I give Impact Wrestling another chance after failing to watch all those
episodes they been having in philly? I guess that is just there new home for now
till they go to the uk in 2015. That's all I get from that and knowing spoilers I just
have to see it on tv to get the full understanding of impact wrestling but I was
into it before I was in the hospital should I give it another chance? I mean I was
robbed of 2 months worth and I gave up but today I feel great to watch an episode tonight
before I go to be.

Plus its the bound for glory build to which is a great time to start and I have the
spike tv channel on my higher cable.

Hard to argue with Greg's logic. If you love the show that much and want to watch it so badly, don't listen to myself and the others who constantly mock it and just enjoy yourself dude.

Joe belongs in the TNA World Heavyweight title hunt, he and Lashley could have a great feud for the belt, Joe could feud with Lashley, King and MVP aka The Franchise Players, the X-Division has a lot of talent at the minute it doesn't need Joe.

Personally I'd like to see Aries and King feud over the X Division title. Joe needs to go back to the Joes Gonna kill you unstoppable monster phase he had when he had the undefeated streak he was just running through everybody from the X Division to the heavyweights.

The X Division should consist of

Austin Aries, Kenny King, Crazzy Steve, Low Ki, Homicide, Samuel Shaw, Rockstar Spud, Manik, Tigre Uno, The Great Sanada, DJ Z Zema Ion

No one said anything about the rest of us liking it, we just said that if you want to watch it, watch it, who cares if we like it or not as long as you like it.

Got tapped to recap BFG for Wrestleview. I suppose I should take a little time to orient myself with the happenings.

New Japan PPVs air between 2 and 5 AM Eastern, on the same date as the show. BFG is broadcasting at the usual 8 PM start time, so either they're going live at 9 AM Monday, in Tokyo, or they're showing it on a tape delay.

Knowing TNA I wouldn't be surprised if it was the former in this case.

Well, the former is the smart thing to do. They're going to struggle enough with selling tickets as it is, and you simply cannot black out empty seats in Korakuen Hall, like you can anywhere else they run. Holding the show at 9 AM on a Monday would be suicidal.

I meant former idea as in the 9am start time, because the management of TNA are boneheaded enough to do that.
