I'm definitely buying it, in glorious HD. Think I'll get the English commentary, too, just to give it a shot.

I'm so positively intrigued by this, I can't wait to see who GFW picks up on commentary. The most telling part of this whole thing is how willing NJPW are to get involved with a POTENTIAL wrestling promotion that as of yet doesn't even own a ring over even touching TNA with a ten foot pole. (At which point Vince Russo would book a ten foot pole on a pole match.)

The results point pretty heavily to the Jr tag titles being contended between the two teams that, you know, won their matches.

That's an interesting looking card to say the very least. I may actually have to order this PPV.

The triple main event they have lined up is going to be absolutely sensational. Naito/Styles was fantastic in the G1 Climax, Nakamura/Ibushi had a freakin' WAR in the G1 the year before, and Tanahashi/Okada is a pairing that I've called the best in the history of wrestling. The entire first two hours could shit the bed like nobody has before, and I'd still be bubbling over with anticipation for that headlining trio.

Despite the numbers, that's not an official match order, it should be said.

Should be time for the Bullet Club to drop the titles.

Without question. This will be a full year with them as champions, and they're the last remaining piece of Bullet Club's title domination of 2014. Given the lineup and schedule of the Tag League, we're pointing heavily to Goto & Shibata walking out of the Dome with the belts.

Pretty poor audio producing job, bouncing between super-calm deep-voiced guy and an emotional JR. Made for a jarring experience. Would have been better served with the voice-over guy doing the whole exposition at the start, then passing it off to JR to bring it home with the hard sell.

Anyway, JR's not near as good as the legend says, but he definitely brings gravitas. Commentary could very well be a train wreck, but at the very least, it'll feel important. I'll take that.

I have a sneaky suspicion they are working to get Punk to provide color commentary.

1:35 mark of this video:

AXS TV is the station that used to be HDNet, home of ROH's first television foray. It's owned by Mark Cuban (who founded HDNet in 2001), Ryan Seacrest, and a couple music industry production & promotion companies, which is why most of the video is about music stuff. Station isn't widely available, but holy fuck, New Japan on American TV.
