Return to the Territories (Simulation)

Post by Greg_McNeish » Sun Nov 17, 2013 1:30 pm

Courtesy the excellent (and free) booking simulator, Total Extreme Wrestling 2005 (http://www.greydogsoftware.com), El Canuck, Jama, and myself take the reigns of the three biggest territories, in January of 1983. Nucks will be at the helm of Verne Gagne's American Wrestling Association, Jama assumes control of the NWA's flagship Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling, while I take the reins of the World Wrestling Federation.

We welcome all of you to follow along, as we play the game, and share our results. It won't be incredibly detailed, but we hope it will be as fun to follow along as it is to play. Comments are quite welcome.

Here's a question, Greg, I've been reading your results, and I'm trying to figure out how you're running your feuds, as they don't seem to follow any of the patterned ones, are you using unchained feuds? If so, are the working okay for you, as I found in past plays of TEW that unchained feuds were guaranteed flops.

Yeah, it's pretty absurd to get As like that. I used a third of my main eventers, and banged out a show that well received. Doesn't look like there'll be much challenge, from a game standpoint, so I can focus all my energies on creating interesting stories, for this project.
