I'd say Jags is going to aim for a cup contender next year. Barring that, I foresee a return to Czech Republic to wrap up a legacy of a career.

Forty-nine seconds into the game and Klefom, with a little help from McDavid has scored for Edmonton!

Or not, the goal was called off after a coach's challenge.

Oilers scored again! 2-1 now!

Also, with Boston's win, both Buffalo and Detroit have been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. The Red Wings had a twenty-five year playoff streak that extended across both conferences and included four Stanley Cups and it came to an end tonight.

Sharks continue to lead end of second period with current score 3-2 over the Rangers.

They also clinched a playoff spot, thanks to the Oils (whom they face Thursday night. That will be a barn burner!)

Good grief, the Isles are getting beaten all around the place tonight by Philthy. 5-0 after just fifteen minutes of the first period. It's like watching the Isles playoffs hopes evaporating with every goal.

The Isles managed to get on the board in the second period...With a single goal.

Oilers gave up a goal to the Sharks almost immediately. 1-0 out of the gate for the Oilers, let's see what they can do to turn this around.
