Your boys better get this done. Otherwise, the fuck-giving for the rest of these Playoffs will be off the charts, and not the way anyone wants it to be.

You're telling me? I'm one game away from switching over to the NBA playoffs for the duration. This is serious

My fuck giving for the NHL playoffs has already been subtracted significantly. No Flyers means don't care. Besides, the Sixers can close out the depleted Bulls tonight.

Devils/Rangers and Coyotes/Kings for your conference finals. The east will be very interesting, the West will hopefully be quick work by the Kings, I predict:

Kings in 5
Rangers in 7

Screw the old Jets and the league president who stubbornly refuses to believe that Phoenix is an awful market for Hockey.

Well, LA tore through Phoenix with as little effort as they have every other team so far. If they don't win the Cup, it'll be a crime. Not just any crime either. A felony.

Yep, they really do deserve it this year. Regardless if its NY or NJ they face.

Fuck you, Lundqivst deserves it too. I love the Rangers, but they're not exactly teeming with offensive ability. He's been the number one or two goalie in the whole playoffs

I'll give you that Lundqvist has been better than I thought he would be, but the top goalie in the playoffs belongs to the Kings (Johnathan Quick). The Rangers will have to step up their game on the offensive end (If they get by the Devils) to have any shot at the Kings as Quick has been shutting down the best teams in the West

Vancouver is ALWAYS a regular season team, they get their crap together for ONE playoff run and they're supposed to be scary? Plus they weren't at full strength anyway

And who exactly was scary on offense for Nashville?

Quick has been stellar, no doubt about it, but if you had to have one goalie for one game, you'd pick King Henrik first. And if you say you wouldn't you're lying =p

Over the past 20 years, there's a definite trend that teams carried by an insanely hot goalie make it to the finals, but get beat by the team that's firing on all cylinders. There have been a few that have ridden a goalie all the way to the Cup, but the W/L record isn't so hot, once you're in the finals.

My Oilers in '06 are a perfect example of that.
