Oilers lost to Philthy in the second of the two afternoon games. 2-1 the final score. What a shitty start to the season for the Oilers.

UGGGH. Philthy of all teams.

Hope the boys turn around things soon.

Meanwhile, Sharks vs. Isles start at 7:00, but so do the Pens and Bolts. :D

Islanders got it done tonight 5-3 over the Sharks, but not for Team Teal's lack of trying. Couture got a hat trick.

Niemi placed on waivers by the Pens...can't say I'm shocked.

Both halves of the Blue and Orange in action tonight I see. Looks like the Isles are hosting the Coyotes and Edmonton are...

Holy shit...

It's THE EDMONTON OILERS VERSUS THE PITTSBURGH PENGUINS!! It's a showdown of McDavid vs. Crosby, Draisaitl (if he plays) vs. Kessel, Nugent-Hopkins vs. Malkin. Team Nucks vs. Team LC.

It's not going to be a game to miss.

TWO periods down. Still no goals. Third is just starting and Edmonton, of course, had to start on the PK.
