I did notice that after you mentioned it in your next post. Otherwise I would have missed it.

As much as I'd like to say yes, no.

Are you envious of any of your relatives?

Should I be upset that while I was doing a round of question asking, I clicked into your thread to ask you a question, only to realize that you still hadn't answered my previous question from like 3 days ago?

I wouldn't say I'm envious of any of them. That certainly doesn't mean that I don't admire some of my older relatives who made something of themselves and ended up settled with a nice, happy family. I still have time for all of that, so no need to be jealous just yet.

You should not be. I only logged in once after you asked that question and simply did not see it.

What has been your favourite or most noteworthy moment on the forum this year?

Aside from the counting, the discussions in the sports forum during the Cricket World Cup last spring were particularly enjoyable.

As you are aware, in a few weeks time you will be entering your very first SASS RUMBLE against nine other men who are all eager and hungry to make it to the main event of SassleMania II. Is there any particular reason why you should win the thing? Do you have a game plan going in? Anything you would like to say to the nine other participants in that match?

I'm just a poor boy. Nobody loves me.
Little Jimmy wrote:Do you have a game plan going in?
In touch with the ground
I'm on the hunt, I'm after you
Smell like I sound, I'm lost in a crowd
And I'm hungry like the wolf.
Little Jimmy wrote:Anything you would like to say to the nine other participants in that match?
Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive.

So many times, it happens too fast
You trade your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive.

I've spent the better part of a week writing that speech.

Same question I asked to Evan, as it's also applicable to you:

Sorry, Nucks. I didn't notice those questions.

To be honest, I rarely listen to either. Both have a few decent songs (Falling Slowly and Cannonball come to mind). It's possible that I've never given them a fair chance, but they wouldn't be among my favourite Irish musicians.

Pretty good, thanks. I've mainly been running in the dark, which I like, but I sort of twisted my ankle the other day, which made today's run a bit uncomfortable. The fact that I spend most of the day at work standing and walking doesn't allow much healing time either. Overall, it's great. Healthy eating and exercise always make me feel good.

The ankle was slow to heal, due to the fact that I didn't give it a lot of time to recover, but it's pretty much better now. I'm still running most days. Since I've started from a fairly low level of fitness, I'm still noticing improvements every day. Only going about six kilometres each time, but I'm looking to start pushing that towards ten soon.

The run that I signed up for isn't until the start of May. I'm also looking to get my weight down, so I'm watching my diet very closely. Currently 180 lbs. I'm really hoping to get down to 165-170 within the next three months.
