A superstar shake up of the brands?

Post by isrs4life » Thu Apr 06, 2017 5:49 pm

What do you all think thats gonna happen? I hope AJ stays on smackdown and Finn Balor be on raw now finn balor is sure raw
Its awesome to see Kurt Angle as the gm now other then mick foley did not like his comparison with stephanie its true its dam true!!!

I sort of wanted Samoa Joe be apart of smackdown first but we got that japan guy instead.

I am quite happy with the smackdown roster but not pleased with Raw's because they always get the top names.

"That Japan guy"

:x

His name is Shinsuke Nakamura, and he's one of the absolute best wrestlers in the world.

Hoping AJ, Cena, and Nakamura stay on the blue show, Smackdown can't lose any of their bigger names. Enzo and Cass and either Sasha or Charlotte (for the love of God not both, keep those two apart for a while!) should move to Smackdown as well. Sami Zayn could use a change as well.

I wouldn't be stunned if Miz moved and became an anchor for the US Title scene, but I think he'll stay put.

Honestly most of the names I hope move to Smackdown, as I have a little more faith in their staff of creative folks than the Raw bunch, as HHH has more sway over that show. But I know SD will lose some key names. AJ is probably going to go, which is a shame as I think he can hold down SD as the top face.

A Rollins for AJ swap seems pretty obvious. Both of them just blew off feuds with the Authority Figures on their respective shows. The best thing for all parties involved would be to trade headaches

I feel like Kalisto is moving to Raw to join the cruiserweights. Zayn to SD makes sense to me.

Yeah, Kalisto was always miscast on SD with a Cruiserweight Division being on the other show.

Rollins vs Nakamura? I can dig it.

Well they wanted Kalisto to be a Rey Mysterio-transcends the Cruiserweights kind of guy.

Didn't pan out that way, so shuffle him along

Indeed. Turns out it's harder to make a Mysterio type than they probably thought.

I won't mind Rusev moving to SD either. Trade him for Ziggler.

I feel like Miz has more going for him on Smackdown than Raw, with both Bryan and Cena talking down to him all the time.

Also, AJ needs to get away from "We don't play politics and favorites, but we really do" Bryan and Shane.

Ugh, don't get me started on Bryan and Shane's management style. They're awful waffles

Disappointed that Miz got moved as I think he and Maryse were better suited for SD, and they risk being washed out on Raw.

Surprised by the Bray move, interested to see what they do with him and Balor.

Either they are switching the IC and US titles or Dean will drop the IC title tonight.

Because things turned out poorly the last time Miz was branded to Raw, and nothing was expected of him...

Nah, I mean The Miz will be fine. He's not going to be main eventing but he will find something to do, and keep himself interesting. I don't think there's any reason to worry about

I remember watching the ladder match between The Miz&Dolph Ziggler for the ic title from TLC 2016
It was some of the best work that Miz has ever done for the smackdown brand.

Well that's still disappointing. No shame in being a key player in the upper-midcard especially with the sea of sharks on RAW, but it felt like Miz reached the highest point of the midcard and certified himself yet again as a bonafide main eventer. He was high on the totem pole on Smackdown, the perfect guy for Nakamura, AJ or Orton. Now it feels like he's down the ladder yet again. He won't get lost in the shuffle, but he won't be where he deserves to be.

Fair enough. But I have enough faith in my boy, that he'll figure out a niche in this new landscape and stay relevant. He always finds a way

I rather enjoy the mix-up with all switches except for the transfer of Bray Wyatt. I think it would have been better if AJ Styles was switched instead. Although I am looking forward to the obvious eventual match of AJ vs Shinsuke

I hope Chris Jericho beats Kevin Owens for the us title and go to Smackdown then it will be Jericho is smackdown

I also hope Randy Orton wont loose the title to Bray Wyatt or we get a last minute decision of having Brock Lesnar come over
to smackdown and making the universal title look blue but its hard to say if they will do it now I have not seen Lesnar being
involved with any of the shake up since before it happen nice universal champ you got there on Raw...

Sorry if i'm not making any sence so if Bray won the title he would go back to smackdown then Raw would get Orton.

I also am little bit pissed off about smackdown and watching the show it sucks that we lost Dean Ambrose and The Miz
but i hope they do something with Ziggler recontinue him as a major heel hes one of the only guys that look good on the show.
