Yeah, it could've been worse, like the rumored Dixie or Stephanie affair. But this is kind of odd, interesting but odd. Want to see where it goes.

Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
I was honestly hoping for Dixie. Bischoff in 2002 is a reminder that anything can happen.
People are having a lot of fun with wikipedia right now.
"He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the Kurt Angle didn't have a condom so he went in Raw brand under the ring name Jason Jordan, where he is the storyline son of Raw General Manager of Kurt Angle. He is best known as one half of the tag team American Alpha along with Chad Gable, the duo are former SmackDown Tag Team Champions. He and Kurt Angle will star in a new WWE Network show called My Black Son. It was later revealed that the mother of Jordan is Janet Hubert"

Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
If it helps Jason Jordan stick then more power to it. American Alpha flopped and it was the right move to split them, and Jason Jordan needs someone to cover him on his personality/acting deficiencies so this could work well for him

Good god Andy, why were you hoping for Dixie Carter? Once you get past the (minor) shock value of seeing her on a WWE program, there's no other value in having her on screen. She's as dry as the desert and wooden as Pinocchio.

As of April 1st, 2016,the first entry in my Gold & Steel fantasy series, As Fierce as Steel, is on sale. Visit www.thegoldandsteelsaga.com for more!

Because of the shock. Nothing else.

For a single show from his home town because Booker T was unable to attend due to the Texas weather disaster. Reading is your friend.

Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
The build to Cena/Reigns has been something. Like I don't understand why they would send Reigns out there against Cena when Cena is in "cutting promos against Rock/Punk" mode. Reigns (at least on the mic) is not anywhere near that level and while he certainly has been trying (I guess give it to Cena for bringing out his best) fact is Cena has verbally cut Reigns' balls off for 3 weeks straight and I will predict 4 straight next week. I can't really imagine this happening, to this level, with any other guy that they are legit trying to build up as the big face of the company.
It's been interesting to watch to say the least.

Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
It's a really odd one. Exposes Reigns. I like seeing Cena grinning like a Cheshire cat though.
Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
Except for when Rock was cutting off Cena's balls during large parts of their builds. Or Cena was getting buried back around the Kurt Angle/Y2J feuds when people were turning on Cena back in the day. Or with HBK or HHH with their WM feuds respectively.
It did happen more than you'd think

Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
This is different though. The Cena/Rock feud in particular isn't a good or fair comparison as Cena had the ability to bite back at Rock, more or less putting them on equal footing. Throughout this whole process the thing that we can all agree on isn't Roman's strongest suit, his promo skills, have been picked apart and shat on by Cena, the drug test line was also something that I don't see happening with any other feud.

I think the fatal 5 way was first and the fatal 4 way at summerslam was after
and triple threat tag matches to a 6 pack challenge match
coming from Kurt Angle for us to see.
For some champs it gives them the nice quality matches for defence of there championships!

Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
Michael Cole will miss this Monday’s Raw in Denver to attend his son’s wedding, WWE.com can confirm. Instead, the night’s action — including Seth Rollins vs. Braun Strowman and an Intercontinental Championship Match pitting Roman Reigns against The Miz — will be called by SmackDown LIVE’s Tom Phillips.
This marks only the second time in 20 years that Cole — considered “The Voice of WWE” — has missed a week of WWE television broadcasts.
That final line though. Christ, for all the shit he's gotten (deserved and undeserved), that kind of commitment is staggering.

Indeed, it can not be easy to have a maniac like Vince McMahon screaming in your ears for over 2 decades. Tip of the cap to Cole for the commitment and congrats to him and his son for the upcoming wedding.

Re: The Ramblin' Raw discussion
Whats with WWE&Alicia Fox? she just keeps getting repackaged all the time when shes not around and when she feels like returning.
And being a wrestler
But it be nice to see her stay in one spot and not being a manager to a cruiserweight for a short time.

Say, I wonder what happened to Samoa Joe? he just seems to be off storylines on Raw, I hope of all places he didnt get injured...
